Scale is for more than one branch: unlimited branches with a group usage report, call costs by branch, and 6,000 call-minutes a month, twice Growth's.
Prices exclude telephone carrier charges, PMR integration work and professional legal or information-governance review.
Pricing questions
Are the prices fixed?
Yes. Starter is £99, Growth is £149, Scale is £199 a month, each with its own call-minute allowance. Custom pricing is only for larger groups or more complex requirements.
What if we use more call-minutes than the plan includes?
The extra minutes are charged per minute at the end of the month. The Usage & billing screen shows how many you have used as you go.
Do we need a new phone number?
No. Callers keep ringing your existing number, and you divert it to your AI line: every call, or only the ones your team can't answer.
Which plan includes Pharmacy First?
Every plan. Each one handles Pharmacy First enquiries and asks your pharmacy's approved pre-consultation questions before putting the caller through to the pharmacist.
